On February 8, 2025, the Greater Pensacola Seminole Club was proud to welcome the FSU Seminole Boosters On Tour to The Sanctuary Event Center for an unforgettable evening celebrating Florida State Athletics, Seminole Football, and the incredible family that makes FSU so special.
And what a lineup!
The evening brought together some of the most recognizable voices and faces in the Seminole family, including FSU Head Football Coach Mike Norvell, Jeff Culhane — the Voice of the Seminoles, Stephen Ponder — President & CEO of Seminole Boosters, and current FSU football player Amaree Williams, along with representatives from the FSU Alumni Association, Seminole Boosters, FSU Board of Trustees, and other members of the Florida State family.
From the moment guests arrived, the energy was unmistakable. Seminole fans had the opportunity to mingle with fellow Noles, meet members of the FSU family, and enjoy an up-close experience that brought a little piece of Tallahassee to Pensacola.
🎙️ THE VOICE OF THE SEMINOLES
When Jeff Culhane took the stage, the room immediately came alive.
As the Voice of the Seminoles, Culhane has become one of the familiar voices connecting Seminole fans to the action on the field. His enthusiasm, personality, and knowledge of Florida State football helped set the tone for an evening filled with stories, insight, and plenty of Seminole spirit.
🏹 HEARING DIRECTLY FROM THE LEADERS OF FSU
Stephen Ponder, President & CEO of Seminole Boosters, shared an inside look at Florida State Athletics and the important role Seminole supporters play in helping move the university and its athletic programs forward.
The Seminole Boosters On Tour is designed to bring FSU leadership, coaches, student-athletes, and supporters together in communities around the country. The 2025 tour centered around Coach Norvell’s Vision of Excellence and building excitement for the upcoming football season.
For Pensacola Seminoles, having that conversation right here at home made the evening especially meaningful.

Head Coach Mike Norvell!
Coach Norvell brought his trademark energy and passion to the room as he talked about the state of Florida State Football, the direction of the program, his vision for the Seminoles, and what it takes to build a championship-caliber program.
One of the most powerful themes associated with Norvell’s program has always been the importance of people, relationships, culture, and competition. Those themes were on full display throughout the evening as Coach Norvell connected with Seminole fans and shared his perspective on the future of FSU Football.
The conversation gave fans an opportunity to hear directly from the man leading the Seminoles and to better understand the work happening behind the scenes as Florida State prepared for another season.
⭐ MEET A SEMINOLE
The evening also featured Amaree Williams, giving Pensacola fans the opportunity to meet one of the young players representing the future of Florida State Football.
Williams arrived at FSU as an extraordinarily talented four-star athlete who had excelled on both sides of the football at The Benjamin School. He reclassified into the 2024 recruiting class and enrolled at Florida State early. During his first season in Tallahassee, he saw action at tight end and showed why the Seminoles were so excited about his potential.
Having a current Seminole student-athlete in the room added another special dimension to the evening and gave fans a chance to connect with the players who will carry the Garnet and Gold tradition forward.

What made the 2025 Coaches Tour so special wasn’t simply the opportunity to hear from Coach Norvell.
It was the opportunity to bring the Seminole family together.
Members of the FSU Alumni Association, Seminole Boosters, FSU Board of Trustees, university representatives, coaches, student-athletes, alumni, and fans all came together under one roof.
The event demonstrated exactly what makes the Seminole community so unique. No matter how many miles separate Pensacola from Tallahassee, the connection to Florida State remains strong.
And Pensacola continues to prove that it is one of the great Seminole communities anywhere.

It was a night filled with FSU pride, football, friendship, tradition, and excitement for what was ahead.
The 2025 Seminole Boosters On Tour was ultimately about one thing:
Bringing Seminoles together.
And on this night, Pensacola showed exactly how strong the Seminole family is along the Gulf Coast.
A tremendous THANK YOU to everyone from Florida State University, Seminole Boosters, the FSU Alumni Association, the FSU Board of Trustees, Coach Norvell, Jeff Culhane, Amaree Williams, and all of the staff and volunteers who helped make this incredible evening possible.
