These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pensacolanoles.com (the “Site”), operated by the Greater Pensacola Seminole Club (“GPSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, signing up for our newsletter, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

WHO WE ARE

The Greater Pensacola Seminole Club is a volunteer-run, locally organized Seminole Club serving Florida State University alumni, fans, and supporters in the greater Pensacola area. GPSC is part of the wider network of local Seminole Clubs connected to FSU, but we are an independent local organization — we do not speak on behalf of, and are not an agent of, Florida State University, Seminole Boosters, Inc., or the FSU Alumni Association.

USING THE SITE

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, introduce malicious code, or scrape or harvest data from the Site without our permission.

NEWSLETTER & EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By signing up for our newsletter, you consent to receive email communications from GPSC about watch parties, events, scholarships, volunteer opportunities, sponsors, and club news. You also consent to us sharing your name and email address with Florida State University and its affiliated organizations — including Seminole Boosters, Inc. and the FSU Alumni Association — so that they may send you their own communications as well. You can unsubscribe from GPSC’s emails at any time using the link included in every email; communications from FSU-affiliated organizations are managed separately through their own unsubscribe links. DONATIONS

Donations made through the Site are processed by a third-party payment processor (Square). GPSC does not receive or store your payment card details. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any donation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The text, graphics, and other original content on this Site belong to GPSC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. References to Florida State University, “FSU,” “Seminoles,” and related names, logos, and marks are the property of Florida State University and/or Seminole Boosters, Inc. and are used here for identification and informational purposes only — their use does not imply endorsement of GPSC by Florida State University.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site links to third-party websites (for example, Florida State Athletics, Seminole Boosters, our payment processor, and social media) that we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites, and linking to them doesn’t mean we endorse them.

NO WARRANTIES

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information (like event dates and scholarship details) accurate and current, but we don’t guarantee it, and you should confirm important details directly with us before relying on them.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPSC and its volunteers, officers, and board members won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
