The Greater Pensacola Seminole Club (“GPSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through pensacolanoles.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide directly. When you fill out our Contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the topic you’re asking about, and any message you include. When you sign up for our email newsletter, you provide your name and email address directly to our email newsletter provider (see “Third-Party Services” below).
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it. See our Cookie Policy for full details on what cookies we use and how to manage your preferences.
• Information from donations. If you donate to GPSC, your payment is processed entirely by our payment processor (Square). We do not receive or store your card number or other payment credentials — only confirmation that a donation was made.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to questions submitted through our Contact form
• Send the newsletter you signed up for — watch party alerts, event announcements, scholarship and volunteer opportunities, sponsor spotlights, and club news
• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it (via analytics)
• Communicate with members and supporters about GPSC events, scholarships, and activities

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes, except as described in “Sharing With FSU-Affiliated Organizations” below.

SHARING WITH FSU-AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS

When you sign up for our newsletter, you agree that we may share your name and email address with Florida State University and its affiliated organizations — including Seminole Boosters, Inc. and the FSU Alumni Association — so that they may also send you communications about FSU news, events, athletics, and giving opportunities. Each of these organizations handles the information it receives under its own privacy practices; we encourage you to review Florida State University’s own privacy policy for details on how it handles information it receives. If you no longer wish to have your information shared this way, contact us at info@pensacolanoles.com and we will stop future sharing (this won’t recall information already shared with those organizations, and you may need to separately unsubscribe from any communications you’re already receiving directly from them).

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use a number of trusted third-party services to run the Site. Each handles data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:

• Google Analytics — helps us understand website traffic. Google’s privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.
• WPForms — powers our Contact form; submissions are stored on our own website’s database.
• Our email newsletter provider — when you sign up for our newsletter, your name and email address are collected and stored directly by our email newsletter platform, and used only to send you GPSC updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
• Square — processes donations made through our Site. Square’s privacy policy is available at squareup.com/legal/general/privacy.
• The Events Calendar — powers our Events page listings; it does not collect personal information from visitors browsing event listings.
• Embedded content — some pages embed content from other websites (for example, YouTube or Spotify players, or social media links). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website directly, and that website may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content.

COOKIES

The Site uses cookies to operate properly, remember your preferences, and understand site traffic. You can review or change your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie preferences link in our site footer, and you can find a full breakdown of every cookie we use on our Cookie Policy page. Where required, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Our Kids Zone page links out to Florida State Athletics’ own official kids’ club and other third-party resources for young fans, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our Site. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@pensacolanoles.com and we will promptly delete it.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep Contact form submissions and newsletter sign-up information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or provide the newsletter you requested, or until you ask us to delete it. Cookie consent records are retained per the schedule described in our Cookie Policy.

YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS

You can:

• Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email
• Manage or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie preferences link in the site footer
• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@pensacolanoles.com

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
