The Greater Pensacola Seminole Club held it’s annual Football Kickoff Event on Thursday evening, August 26th, 2021.  The event was held in Phineas Phoggs @ Seville Quarter with nearly 110 in attendance.  For those of you who made it, the GSPC is grateful for your participation and attendance, for those of you who couldn’t make it, we hope to see you at future events.

The evening started with a fun filled Networking & Social followed by Keith Cottrell, Director of Seminole Boosters welcoming guests and introducing Shannon Libbert of the FSU Alumni Association National Board of Directors.  Shannon spoke briefly before our very own David Forte, President of the Greater Pensacola Seminole Club, took to the stage to welcome guests and our sponsor for the evening, Deluna Coffee.

David then welcomed guest speakers Jeff Cameron and Corey Clark with Warchant.com.  Jeff and Corey provided a ton of insight into all things FSU Football.  Discussions and insight into what they have seen on and off the field with coaches, players, and the Football program as a whole.   Keith Cottrell again took the stage to lead Q&A with Jeff & Corey from guests in attendance.

David Forte again took to the stage to introduce our featured speaker, Associate Athletics Director & Football Oversight, Jim Curry.  Jim provided information and updates on the FSU Athletic Department and insight into the NIL Framework followed by additional Q&A with Keith Cottrell.

Keith Cottrell took the stage for a final Q&A session from our audience with Jim Curry, Jeff Cameron, and Corey Clark before providing final closing remarks and thanking all in attendance.

David Forte took to the stage one final time to announce the winner of the raffle for Jacksonville State tickets and our silent auction winner of the 72″ FSU Spear before making closing remarks and thanking everyone in attendance.
